Our Penthouse + Room combo offers the best of both worlds: the privacy and elegance of a seaside penthouse, with an additional private room just one floor below — ideal for families with older kids, two couples, or friends who want to stay connected but sleep separately.

The penthouse, located on the 8th floor, features a cozy living space with a sofa and a dining table for four. A sleek kitchenette acts as a room divider, separating the living area from the sleeping area, where you’ll find a comfortable queen-size bed. The bathroom is conveniently located near the entrance. But the real highlight? A stunning 45-square-meter terrace with panoramic sea views — the hallmark of our El Mirador property.

Just one floor down, on the 7th floor (where guests enter via the elevator), is the second suite, which has its own bed and a spacious bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and a bathtub, and a separate toilet. An internal staircase connects this room to the penthouse above, offering both independence and ease of access.

Ideal for couples or small families, with space to comfortably accommodate 4 guests.
